A timeless blend of Garnacha, Syrah, and Mataro, this wine has an incredibly focused fruit nose, jumping right out of the glass with raspberry and plum aromas. Soft and silky on the palate, with red and black fruit flavors that linger on the finish.
From a newer planting on our Miracles Ranch, this Garnacha shows the freshness of youth along with the power of the Willow Creek District. Cherry and rose petal characterize the nose, while the palate is juicy and fleshy with great length.
This wine is a pretty combination of grace and masculinity. At first, a bright nose of red fruits and chaparral draws the audience in, and then the dust starts to fly. Wet stones on the palate, a structure honed in the vineyard over millennia…the length of the finish is remarkable and promises a long life in the cellar.
The Red Soles estate consistently shows the best potential of Willow Creek District Zinfandel: at once spicy and refined, fruity and savory—this is the wine that turns Paso’s heritage grape into a world class, noble variety. Plenty of dusty pepper to complement sweet, blackberry aromas, syrupy blueberry, and a cedary, almost meaty note. In the mouth, it’s tangy, bright, and silky.
In this dance, showy, fleshy, and darkly fruit-forward Syrah plays into the intensity and structure of a gorgeous Cabernet. Clearly each is giving its own best features to the blend, so that even in this early stage of marriage the wine proves harmonious and age-worthy.
The citrus notes on the nose give way to the oak influences of vanilla and spice, which act as a framework for the flavors of tropical fruit and fragrant white flowers. This wine was fermented with native yeast. The malolactic fermentation was arrested at the halfway point.
Our Loose Laces Rosé is a refreshing expression of our Miracles Ranch Garnacha. We made this dry, French style Rosé using free run juice from a whole cluster pressing of our Garnacha. This bottling is light, crisp, and ready for your cooler!
Notes of bright strawberry jump right out of the glass, balanced acidity complements the minerality and just a touch of spice rounds out this fresh wine.
We like it on it’s own, Randy likes it with a side of ice cubes, and sometimes we pair it with a bowl of ceviche.
A blended brandy of Garnacha and Tempranillo. The Garnacha is a new, unaged brandy and the Tempranillo spent years in the barrel. Perfect for sipping, or mixing in your favorite cocktail.
The 2019 Miracles Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark purple-red, opaque, with fresh-from-the-vine brightness. Generous, ripe aromas with tons of blackberry and just a hint of green peppercorn. Judiciously chosen French oak doesn't dominate but adds chocolate and baking spice nuances, as well as light vanilla notes. Extended aging brings an earthy, licorice-root character, with some dried blueberry that intensifies the fruit. Full and plush throughout the palate with exceptional balance - a marriage of bright fruit, velvety tannin, and plenty of body. The wine finishes with persistent grip and flavor, delicious now but softening over time. This wine is pouring wonderfully now, or lay it in your cellar to age ten years.
