This is the first time that we've aged our Chardonnay for 18 months, and we're confident you'll taste the difference. With a combination of new and neutral oak French oak barrels, and 50% malolactic fermantation, you'll taste the creaminess without loosing the delicate fruit flavors of Asian pear and green apple.
The citrus notes on the nose give way to the oak influences of vanilla and spice, which act as a framework for the flavors of tropical fruit and fragrant white flowers. This wine was fermented with native yeast. The malolactic fermentation was arrested at the halfway point.
Our Loose Laces Rosé is a refreshing expression of our Miracles Ranch Garnacha. We made this dry, French style Rosé using free run juice from a whole cluster pressing of our Garnacha. This bottling is light, crisp, and ready for your cooler!
